Don Chemini has over thirty years of experience in architecture, complemented by a deep understanding of structural and mechanical systems. Projects completed under his direction include commercial, corporate, educational, research, hospitality, and ecumenical design, along with hundreds of residential projects.

Throughout his career, Don has led a wide range of projects, including commercial, corporate, educational, research, hospitality, and ecumenical facilities, as well as hundreds of residential projects. His prior experience includes serving as Architect and Project Manager with the Boston division of Kaselaan & D’Angelo Associates, Inc., and as Project Manager with Dion & Sokol Architects, Inc.

Don earned his degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts, graduating in 1989.

David Wells

Senior Designer, Rodenhiser Architects, Holliston, Massachusetts.

David has over thirty years of experience in the design field with a strong management and construction detailing background. He has designed and managed both small- and large-scale residential projects. He is responsible for onsite construction management and overseeing projects from start to finish.

David’s experience includes working for Cutting Edge Homes, Inc., a design build company in Ashland, Massachusetts, as a Senior Designer and Project Manager, and for Hart Associates Architects in Belmont Massachusetts, as a Project Architect specializing in high-end residential projects in the Boston area and Cape Cod.

Large scale project experience includes the Central Artery/Tunnel Project, the Leonard P. Zakim Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge, and the MBTA Airport Rapid Transit Station.

David is a graduate of Boston Architectural College, Boston MA.

Matthew Ford

Architectural Designer

Matt is an Architectural Designer and our 3D visualization specialist, bringing design concepts to life with true-to-life, photo-quality visualizations using tools such as Revit and Twinmotion. With 6 years of professional experience and a decade in the design world, Matt has developed strong skills across residential, renovation, and select commercial projects.

Matt excels in field measuring and accurately inputting existing conditions, technical detailing, construction documentation oversight, project coordination, and rendering. Known for his organization, speed, and precision, he is always learning and growing his craft.

Before joining Rodenhiser Architects, Matt worked as an Architectural Designer at Chemini Design Architects Inc., as an Architectural Drafter with Fafard Real Estate, and as a Draftsman at Guaranteed Builders & Developers, Inc.
